Jerel Hercules was born and raised in Tampa, Florida, by parents from Trinidad & Tobago. He is married to his college sweetheart and together they have a daughter. Both of them inspire much of his drive and creativity.
Jerel studied at Santa Fe College and the University of Florida, where he began in Aeronautical Engineering before making a bold switch to earn a degree in Dance and Performing Arts. His career as a performer took him around the world, where he discovered a deep love for exploring new opportunities and challenging himself in new ways.

That adventurous spirit eventually led Jerel into the world of real estate, property management, and DIY renovations. After purchasing their first home, he and his wife completely renovated it — room by room — sparking his passion for transforming spaces. This hands-on experience inspired them to launch their first Airbnb property, where Jerel quickly found joy in creating exceptional guest experiences and mastering property management.

Today, Jerel brings that same energy and dedication to helping clients find their forever homes and investment properties.
